My paypal account was hacked years ago. / myLot

PayPal deducted Like over $300 from my checking account years ago.I changed my password so it is not easy to guess.It caused my checking account to be overdrawn.I complained to PayPal and my bank.I heard a lot of PayPal horror stories at paypalsucks.com.I still use paypal and no problems since.

Yes there are hundreds to thousands hacked stories takes place. But let's hope we will always be safe.

So what happened after you complained to PP and your bank? Did you get your money back? Sorry for what happened.

The bank helped me get my money back but PayPal was no help.

I had some similar issues as well. Thankfully, all were resolved. Now I am a lot more careful and I check my accounts regularly to make sure that everything is as it should be.
