exercise

I want to start my journey on Monday .but I still don't know what kind of exercise would be a good idea. I have heard of Zumba, is that any good? I have a gym around my neighborhood and its called core cross fitness. I wanted to give it a try but I am very shy and feel overwhelmed by the amount of people that will attend the classes. and to help me out more my face gets extremely red when in stressful situations so I feel like I kind of want to stay away from that environment even though it will be the ,most effective. I was thinking of working out at home but I feel I would lose motivation and give up 10 minutes into the exercise. Also any good diets? I will be doing my research an hopefully I will accomplish my goal .

You can go to the gym and talk to an instructor. Tell them your thoughts and fears openly and ask them to help you find the right kind of exercise. Maybe you also do some test lessons to find out how you like the whole thing.
