I just had a piece of carrot cake the other day and it was awesome. It has a cream cheese frosting to die for. Best carrot cake I ever had.

I love carrot cake. I would say it is my third favorite next to coconut and chocolate. I once had a carrot cake someone had made from scratch that took 4 cups of grated carrots...probably the best cake I ever had in my life, or at least in the top 2!

Never had carrot cake with chocolate syrup but my sister in law and I love carrot cake.
