Shrinking URLS and earning money-Real Or Scam

Nowadays, we hear a lot about online money earning techniques, and the shrinking url's and sharing it is one of the technique I heard. I thought it is a cool Idea, if we have a great friend circle, so that we can earn money by just sharing the shortened link. But the important question is that, whether it really pays, or just a scam like many other Online Earning scams? Please share your views and suggestions.

You can try it if it requires no capital. I think I like doing mylotting because here the people are friendly and helpful.
There are many scams out there so be careful.

I am also heard that earning from shorten links like http://adf.ly which pays money for shrinking the links...
