Just now while I was typing I heard there was some noise outside. I opened the door to see what it was. A vendor was shouting 'blankets'. I inquired with him what are the other items he has got. He showed me a pair of Bed Spreads. The design was good. The fabric was quite silky. I was estimating the price of it. He said Rs.800 per pair. They were for a double cot. There is only one set I got. I need them. Again he told me he was having some carpets also. I asked for them. He brought them in his auto. They were quite good but it is impossible to clean and wash them. They need and require special treatment which I do not have. So immediately rejected them without any second thought. They are having more weight. If I keep them in the water I may need some additional powder to take them out. Better, I drop the idea of purchasing them. I bargain the bedspreads for Rs.500/-. He asked for Rs.700 and again came down to Rs.600/-. I gave a big NO. It is very hot. I just wanted to give some additional Rs.50. I was thinking about it. He accepted my offer of Rs.500 and I immediately gave him and took the bed spreads. A good bargain. In the market, if I purchase them I may get them for Rs.400. Because he came to my house with a good design and that too in the scorching sun, I felt it appropriate to give some Rs.100/- (this I will be spending anyhow on some items and let this be donated to him). Everything is very nice with the bedspread. The design is unique. I may not get them in the market also and have to spend some additional time for the design. The bargain has got some human touch also. This is very important for me.

Very nice n well done .. He deserved a little extra amount. It's truly very hot outside that we don't want to go to market
