Doing internet connection fasting ?

My friend suggested to do internet connection fasting at twice a week. Is it possible ??? As nowadays, we already get used to go online for our daily activities such as watching movies (netflix, youtube, etc), reading news, gps, shopping, video call, phone call, etc. Have you ever do this kind of fasting ? How long & how does it feel ?

When i go to visit my grandma or other relatives i do it. And i don't feel it quite difficult to do as family time is very important to me

@Nawsheen Yes, since it's already a habit and most of the program in the house is connected to the internet such as cctv, netflix, etc

Unless I am at work, sleeping or doing something that keep me away from my phone, then I'll be online. I can't stay away for long.

I had done it once in my life about 6 years ago. No internet, no cellphones, in fact, no electricity. We went to this island with no signal nor electric power. It was for four days. But if you ask me if I could do that these days, my answer would be no. Doing so will harm my company.

I think that it is possible, but it would be very difficult for me to do. Also, sometimes I need the internet for my job, so I couldn't give it up entirely.
