Whenever you travel, do you look at The Bed Bug Registry first to make sure it is not listed there?

That is something I do. There are lots of hotels listed there. You would be surprised to see that it is not just rundown hotels listed there. Even The New York Helmsley was listed as having bed bugs, and that is a very expensive hotel. Have you ever stayed at a hotel that had bed bugs?

I just sent you the link for the The Bed Bug Registry. You may need to cut and paste it or just type it in your browser.

Fortunately I have never encountered bed bugs. Checking the registry sounds like a good idea

Oh, it is....I met someone who had them by moving into an apartment. It's work to deal with it.

I have heard people have their hotel rooms infested with rats. This just ruined their vacation

Fortunately not to my knowledge. I just assume every motel/hotel now matter the status has nasty aspects so I tread carefully.

Do be careful. From what I hear, it is a lot of work to get rid of them.
