Inconsiderate

A lot of things happened today. I and the boyfriend went to Social Security System to process my papers. They approved my paper for a Total Disability but they need me to file a Loan reconstructing. So I went to the main building to process it but it's too late for me cause they can only process only 200 persons. And they referred me to go to another branch.
I went there and a lot of people are flocking the area and I had my priority number. I waited though I know it will be too long for me to wait. Then they announced that they can only cater from 1 to 150 people today and my number is 303. I heard the crowd talking. I asked one of the officers if I can get a priority number for a Disable person but they said I could not have because they will be closing any minute. Then I went to their Supervisor and asked if I could have a priority number for PWD. I thought she will consider but instead, she referred me to go back to where I am.
I was hungry because it's already 6 pm and I still need to finish those papers. I waited until one of the assistants came to me and get my paper. Thank God. They processed it but I'm so disappointed with the service they have.
For simple consideration about me asking for a priority number because I belong to a Person with Disability they just ignored me.
Have you experienced this?

yes that is so disappointing. what they know of a person with disability is, one who walks with crutches, who is lame, who is blind, and other images. they do not know you as having a kidney disease.

@JustBhem i could also be considered a PWD because of my heart ailment, but i do not show any outward manifestation of my illness except being pale. 'alangan naman na' i will show them my pale conjunctivae, right?

I needed to tell them so that I can take advantage and be prioritize. Staying and waiting sometimes cause me a headache and dizziness. That is why I don't want to stay too long in a crowd.

i think the reason the sss is supercrowded lately is because the deadline for the loan restructuring/loan condonation program for those with overdue/unpaid loans/delinquent payers is next week, april 27, so maybe people are scrambling to avail of it and, as a result, their system is overloaded.
i'm glad your papers were eventually processed so you don't have to go back again. usually, i go out to eat if i know my number will take time to be called.

Omg! What is the purpose of priority lane?
I have a similar experience at DFA and PGH
