Oh..he finally advised me to go for 1st floor .....I am totally surprised...

yesterday I visited my one of my relatives' house. My brother-in-law and sister took me to his house. He is a famous specialist. They suggested me to take his opinion before going further in the house construction. He is very famous and he visits Dubai, Singapore, Hongkong, Malasia and other countries also where he got many customers invite and seek his opinions in the construction from. He charges nothing for me and my brother-in-law suggested there is nothing wrong seeking his opinion. He is a great Vastu consultant. We all went to his house. We had nice lunch. During our discussion, he inquired as to the purpose of our visit. My brother in law explained him everything. I told him there is a big mountain just at six feet distance in the Eastern side of the construction site. He immediately suggested me that it is not good and alternatively he suggested me to construct a house on the 1st floor leaving the ground for Parking Vehicles. This I was planning already. He has told many things to my utter surprise without even seeing anything. But just by taking my date of birth and the Birth Star. I am really shocked. Though I know him I never thought that this man was that much efficient in his profession. I took him as an ordinary person with some influence. But, I am totally wrong.
