Last of the jack fruit saga

This is the first year that we had demand for our jack fruits. They were plucked and taken away and we were paid. Hope to see a repeat of this next year. One jack fruit has been cleaned and will be frozen for use the whole year through. Please help yourself

@allknowing Thanks for the picture. I don't think I have had jackfruit. We like to buy unusual (unusual to us) fruits when we are at an international store in the city. Then we have to ask someone how to use it We enjoy doing that. So, I may have tried it and forgotten.

I do not know what a Jack Fruit is. Maybe they do not grow here.

I have always had good harvest the issue was selling them which we never did until this year. Jackfruit is very sweet with a strong smell. It can be used in many dishes.
