How do you react when a stranger stares at you?

It can be in a mall, in a club, in the supermarket, in the gym, in the library or even in the middle of the street... Being looked at by a stranger can be quite annoying and even scary (depending on location and time 
).

If it was Jim Carrey staring at me, I think that I would burst out laughing. But to be honest, I hardly look at anyone when I'm out shopping so I would probably not even notice lol!

I have a lot of anxiety so I eventually ask do you have a staring problem, or I just leave if it's not somewhere I have to be.

Yes it has happened to me and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I may stare back or look away and then check out to see if they are still staring at me.
