`Six thirty am up and dressed time
to go downstairs and see if the dining
room is open.Breakfast over, oatmeal.
scrambled eggs, ham, hash browns,.
toast, orange juice ,milk and coffee.
Great breakfast so now onward
and upward to mylot a lot.

I had hashbrowns with cheese, ketchup and sour cream for breakfast. Although I am regregretting it now, my stomach is killing me.

bet the ketch up and sou r cream ganged up
on your poor tummy the cheese I think would not have hurt but the ketchup curdled the sour cream lol lol ouch
