I believe that the physics professor Stephen Hawking is maybe the best known name in Physics.
And we all ask ourselves why doesn´t he have a Nobel Prize.
The thing is, basically, that all his numerous work are theories. It can be proven but it is not proven yet.
Meanwhile, he studies and writes and part of his work is dedicated to non scientific people.
I have seen Stephen Hawking on TV and I have seen books for people that are not into science.
What do you think about him?

You have a good question. I think it is like the movie rewards, the movies that you don't understand are supposed to be good movies which can win some prizes. I agree that Stephen Hawking is a good writer and he has many famous novels that we can even watch from the movies. However, usually the horror, myth etc. novels are less attractive compare to other novels.

Maybe that's the reason, theories are yet to be proven especially when it comes to science. And I think Nobel is not about popularity. I have also watched his movie.

I think considering Stephen Hawking's condition he has done amazing work. But there are many other Physicist that are making bigger contributions to the scientific world. ...It's just that they are doing there work in peace and quite so do not get the attention that Mr. Hawking receives.
