Would you eat at a restaurant that was really dirty if the looks beautiful and very appetizing?

I am with you on this. I just cannot do it. The restaurant needs to be clean.

If the place looked dirty, I wouldn't even go in. Who knows what the kitchen would be like? A restaurant has to clean. Once I went to a restaurant and everything looked good. towards the end of the meal, I dropped something and it went under the table and there was a lot of dust. I never went back even though the food was good.

@MsBooklover If they can't bother to clean the place properly, then they have lost a customer as far as I'm concerned and a recommendation. .

Smart thinking. Your health is too important for that.

@1hopefulman That is true of me, too. I also write reviews.

Personally I don't care if the chef comes highly recommended. There is no way I could eat in a restaurant thar is filthy where customers sit. Here in the US, I would think this is against the Health code.

It is against the health code. Some restaurants get checked out and others don't.

I definitely would not. If the dining area was filthy, I'd hate to think what the kitchen would look like! I'm not afraid of germs but if I'm going to buy food I demand that it be made in a clean kitchen.

I agree, and just because the food looks delicious, it does not mean the it won't make you sick.

''Don't just a book by its cover''. What i mean to say is that the food may look so appetizing but if the restaurant is dirty it means that the restaurant is not well maintained and there is no guarantee that the food is being prepare in hygienic conditions. I prefer to abstain

You are so right. The last thing you want to do is get sick.

If the place is dirty and messy , I am 100% sure that the food they serve is also not prepared hygienically.
