How often do you recharge your smartphone?

Although I don't use my smartphone so often (I'm not so addicted to it), I have to recharge it - at least once a day - every single day. I think the battery is already very worn out.

Your battery must be worn out because my DIL has a smartphone that she uses a lot and she charges it every other day.

you could also probably have a lot of apps running in the background without knowing it.

I recharge my smartphone in the morning and sometimes during the day. I usually turn it off when do not need to use it.

Smartphone have become way beyond to smart but the more smart the phone the less its battery life. You could try preventing the apps running in the background and try to disconnect internet connection while not necessary.
