Cold glass of milk

I had to finish the last glass of milk in the gallon because it said best by April 25.It tasted fine on April 28.I added coffee mate French vanilla creamer to it.Milk is high in potassium,vitamins,a,as well as calcium.Vitamin d is also in milk.

The best-by date is just a legal protection for them. I think you have kept the milk in the fridge, and the fridge is cold enough. If people can keep ice cream for ages, and still taste good, there is no reason that milk must be drank before the best by date.
