Recently I read an article about diabetes, which is also a serious issue in China. Different from the common understanding, it is mentioned in the article that one of the reasons is digestion problem, so to eat reasonably, and to recover the digestion system are upfront on the must-do list.

Hello Zhu Huifen! I agree with your point. If we can how to eat in perfect manner, chewing, taking items what the body needs, taking food only when we feel hungry etc., will help us to stay healthy. Thanks

What are 'occupational conditions' for you? You've forgotten that you can get diabetes by eating certain foods which are hazardous to our health.

Occupational conditions means... We in the present day, working on chairs, most of the time spend on sitting, body movements are limited. Unless and otherwise we do physical works like moving all the parts in rhythm by doing some exercise, yoga we can't get balanced.

It is the food and drinks that people consume and the daily living habits that matters. My mom and her family are diabetics but her older sister had diabetes when she turned 60, before that she was not a diabetic. She was a nurse, she said that eat less sugar food, drink more water, sleep early and exercise helped her to be free of diabetic all the while

Can it be cured through proper diet and good daily exercises?

i don't think one can ever get rid of this once you have it, sadly... i hear it is a lifelong disease. all one needs t do is keep away from sweet food all the time, even rice has glucose

Well it seems like its a kind of disease that cannot be cured that easy, instead we can counter the symptoms using medicines.
