Yesterday was a sad day.

I found out yesterday afternoon that a young cousin of mine passed away. I am very saddened by this. He was only 24. This only a month after my uncle passed away last month. There has been too much death on my fathers side of the family in the past years. it is getting very depressing and horrible reminder on how short life can be. Granted I get to see my family more often.. but it shouldn't have to be at funerals. Do you remember to tell your family how precious they are?

@Nawsheen OMG. that is horrible.. what caused her organs to fail? That is so sad. Sorry for the loss of your cousin.

Most definitely. it is a phone call I wasn't expecting. It's not supposed to happen to someone who has not yet begun to live.

@sishy7 His dad has already passed.. His Mom found him, SO yea I would say it was a very difficult day. He has a brother a little over a year older than him and an older sister that he was very close with. as well as a half sister. It has been a rough decade for our family.

Still waiting for Autopsy results.. but i was probably a cardiac arrest brought on by his diabetes.

@infatuatedbby I haven't heard the cause yet.. I think they are planning to have a memorial up here in CT.. and I just saw that they were putting an obit in the paper here too.

They are still not certain. an Autopsy is being performed. But he had Diabetes and many complications from it and was in the hospital a lot lately due to it. So they are saying for now cardiac arrest.

i am so sorry for your loss, my friend. how did he die? was it due to a lingering illness, or accident? he is so young to die. God bless his soul.
