Hit by a car!

6 days ago I was hit by a car, I still can't believe it. It was a hit and run, how do a driver hit a person and just leave the scene?
I have two fractures in my ankle and screws and metal plate implanted after emergency surgery. So for the next 2 weeks to start I'm off my feet and what little movement I am doing it is with a walker that, is not easy to maneuver around. I will have to be off this left ankle for a total of 2 months. After the first two weeks I should be able to move around a little better than I am doing. Actually each day gets better and better!
So, I say the person that hit me and left, I FORGIVE YOU!

I'm so sorry that happened to you. A lot of people don't stop because they are drunk or texting when they have the accident.

I am very sorry that happened to you. I had the same thing happen when I was 12 years old. My left leg had a lot of damage and I had many surgeries and plastic surgery on my leg. Today at age 53, I still have visible scars, but thank goodness I didn't lose my leg and thank goodness I can walk and run.

I just cant even comprehend people these days and why they would hit someone and not even stop. I dont think my heart would make it knowing what i did that day. I truly hope you get better and you fully recover from this.

Wow I am so sorry this happened to you. How scary that must have been. I can't believe that somebody would just up and leave you there. That is just terrible. I hope they catch them. I wish you a speedy recovery.

My mother has screws in her legs too. She fell over a motorcycle. I knew a girl who was hit by car while riding her bike. She claimed she was coming to my house.
