Just now I read an article where the importance of Calcium is explained in detail. Though I can not explain that much in simple terms I want to say that the deficiency is Calcium should be viewed seriously. It leads to so many diseases like Osteoporosis, weak nails, hair loss etc, The disease Osteoporosis is a serious disease where the bones become brittle. One should make something to arrest it by consulting a suitable expert and follow the prescribed medicines regularly. The deficiency of calcium is felt by most of the people and it is a global public health issue and if it becomes serious it may prove fatal.
How to find the deficiency of Calcium?
Lethargy: This is one of the few important symptoms. One will feel tiresomeness even without doing any work.
There will be a constant ache in the teeth. There will be visible whole in the teeth.This clearly indicates that your calcium intake is not sufficient and you require more.
The muscles in the body become very soft and one will experience some strange weakness of muscle. They sometimes appear supple.
The only alternative to counter this Calcium deficiency is to take Calcium rich diet like Milk, Broccoli, Cheese, Figs, Tofu, Almonds, and Oranges etc., Do not miss any of them in your diet.
