Rainy day in New Jersey, getting ready for my trip next week!

It's a rainy day in New Jersey today. The only thing I have to do it pick up my daughter from school and come home to chill out with my family.
We are excited to be getting ready for our road trip next week. We are driving up to Niagara Falls Canada. Finally going to see this beautiful wonder.
This weekend we need to get ready for our trip, get packed, get the kids dvd's and music together for the card etc.
What do you do to get ready for a long car ride?

I love Niagara. It's about a 12 hour road trip from here.
