Heahphones: Do you enjoy using them?

No matter where I am, I always like to use headphones (I'm addicted to them)... Whether it's to listen some music or watch any video. It's like I'm in a parallel world and I kind of just forget the place and the people around me (like a magic trick ).

I use them at home when I want to "get lost" in music. Usually, however, I stick with ear buds when I'm in a public area.

I can understand that. I love music loud but can't play it that way if people are around.

I have a set for the tv so I can hear it clearer. I also like the tv loud and my husband doesn't so I can turn my headphones as loud as I want as long as it is not to loud.

I like to use them because the majority of the time if I have them in no one, will talk to me. Sometimes I have them in and have nothing playing. Plus it is respectful to not blare your music or video out loud for everyone else to hear.

From Darwin evolution principal i understand that if certain part of body is not used for long, the succeeding generation might completely miss that faculty.In case like this converse theory can apply where future generation will born with headphone attached around their head.

I used to like them back in college since I thought it looked cool wearing them but nowadays I use them only when necessary, not a big fan anymore

When I get very depressed, I use headphone and listen to music and feel better.
