Free agent quarterback Jay Cutler, 34, has decided to step away from playing quarterback in the National Football League on Friday since there was no football team that needed his services for the 2017 football season. Cutler has been hired by Fox Sports to work with Kevin Burkhardt and Charles Davis on the football games on the weekends during the 2017 football season. As usual their will be a few sports casters who never played professional football moaning that Cutler will be a terrible color commentator with Fox Sports in his rookie year. Advice to the media, give Jay a chance to work as a color commentator with Fox Sports this year, at least he won't make Chicago Bears fans mad at him for his failure to lead the team to the playoffs in his final season with the team in 2016.

Fox must have seen potential or else they wouldn't have hired him.

Jay will give a great insight of football from his viewpoint with the Fox network this year.
