I have headaches caused by sinusitis and it even happens that my ear gets clugged. I take medications, nothing. I wonder if acupressure would help. I remember a friend who had a migraine saying that acupuncture which is similar helped her. Have you ever tried to cure something by acupressure?

I was having severe bloating at a certain point and I did go for acupressure. It did work but for a short time only. After two or three days I could feel my bloating coming back again

I see. So it is more like a pain relief than it is a cure. Thank you.

Routine helps to cure. One time it gives relief only. Its true that "no sure of the permanent cure"

Tried acupressure on myself but perhaps I must have done it wrong or I'm not getting the right position, it didn't do much to alleviate my problem. Perhaps, you need to go to a professional to get the correct treatment.

Well the spots are tiny. Maybe only a professional knows how...

I haven't try it, but I hear favorable and positive feedback about the benifits of acupressure.

Yes. For headaches it really works with a better experienced person. Accupressure helps is smooth blood flow to the pressuring part and relieve the pain.
