Rough Month

Well another month behind us but this time I am not complaining. I am glad to see that April has gone. It was a particularly rough month for me due to the poetry challenge and keeping up with all of my other work. I have not been online here for about a week because April kept me from being able to keep everything up to date. I was popping in about 3 to 4 poems at a time just to make sure I was keeping up with the challenge. As it happens I believe I finally did not get in that 30th poem but since May has arrived I gave up on the idea and will just take it from here. I did discover that when you are working under total inspiration day after day you get quite creative. If you also like me have blogs to keep up with it can turn out to be like riding a wild bucking horse that never seems to want to stop. I am tired but also happy that pretty much I could do it all. At one point I was behind in all of my emails and you can imagine how it can be when you open up your email and see over 300 unread messages. You see I have 4 emails. That does seem a lot but because I write for several sites including poetry sites and also blog then I have divided up my email among all the things I do which makes it easier for me to know which email is for which sites or blogs. By now you probably think that I am a very occupied person and that is very true. Working online keeps me from getting into any kind of trouble and I find it very enjoyable to keep in touch with all of my online friends. I have no friends here except for my hubby and cat Sid so I am happy to be able to be online and also it makes me feel good that people enjoy what I write and the poetry I share. Of course I also fall behind in my housework due to all that is going online. In the photo you see me at my PC.
