Noisy People in Public Places Get into my Nerves

I get annoyed when people behave like they own a public place. Restaurant is a public place even though we pay as customers we have to respect other people who want to have a pleasurable meal. I have posted here my excitement about having lunch at a shabu-shabu buffet restaurant.And yes, we went there at the exact noontime, 12:00nn. The place was not jampacked even though it was lunch time so we were able to choose a nice cozy table for us, we were five. About ten minutes, a group of athletic looking guys came in. They really caught my attention because of their loud deep voices.One guy slumped in to the chair accidentally shook the baby chair where my daughter was seated. He did not even bother to apologize. They seemed like hungry buffaloes too.In the middle of our lunch,they suddenly became rowdy and their voices and laughs echoes around the place. I guess,one of the waiters told them to pipe down but still they were so annoying. I tried to compose myself because I did not want to lose my appetite.Instead, I focused on the food on the table. What do you do when some people gets too comfortable in public? Do approach them and tell them to behave or something?
