Why do I need to undergo Hemo-Dialysis?

As some of you know, I have a Kidney Failure End-stage. That is why I need to undergo Dialysis. I have been in this process since December of 2013. And until now I am still undergoing Dialysis. Without this process, it will make me weak, probably having difficulty breathing and it will make me fidgety and die.
I was 25 years old when I was diagnosed of having a Chronic Kidney Disease Secondary to Hypertension. Since then, I was given a maintenance to have my blood pressure in a normal set. That was before having my CT scan. I didn't know that it is one of the reasons why my kidney fails.
It is hard to succumb to this process at first. But with the help of my Doctors and the boyfriend and with God's abundant love to me, I was able to overcome this bit by bit.
Thanks for listening to me.

We have patients in the center with kidney failure due to Diabetes, most of them on their senior. They are okay and some are not. I hope your medications will not affect your kidneys. Just do whatever your Doctors want to prescribe you.

@JustBhem Ibuprofen was given to me in too large a dose for my severe arthitis and dd some mild kidney t damage but I worked with the renal doctor and he said I was cured but cautioned my doctor not to overdose on pain meds as a diabetic has more chances of reanl problems so Im doing great now.

you're too young to have hypertension at age 25. does high blood pressure run in your family too?

@JustBhem i had an officemate who said in their family, high blood pressure occurs in their 30s, so yours is much younger. what caused it?

so, you have ESRD? hemodialysis is the ultimate management of this one, if kidney transplantation is not available.
were you so fond of salty foods? i recall you mentioned that you inherited this sickness from either one of your parents.

@hereandthere i remember it too, but i think her kidney disease is different from her mother, who, i recall, has a higher creatinine levels in her blood.
