I would have to say Colin Faril. And will Farrell for tha tmatter. And that guy from the 40 year old virgin. And owen wilson.

I tend to disagree with you on this one...The "guy" from 40-year old, Steve Carell isn't really that bad and by no stretech of your imaginaion can Owen Wilson be the most ove-rated actor...This is just my opinion...

I think she's great too. I give props to any actor actress that can do a role and completely hide their accent.

In our indian film industry(Bollywood), there is a pathetic, highly over-rated, repetive actor known as Shah Rukh Khan. According to me he is the most over-rated actor in the history of motion picture.
In Hollywood, I feel Sandra Bullock is highly over-rated.
