Favorite kitchen device?

What's the one kitchen device you purchased that now you cannot do without!My absolute favorite is my Mickey and Minnie Mouse grilled sandwich maker. Purchased to make my pride and joy, new daughter some fun and interesting toasted cheese sandwiches it's become a staple in my house now. I create all kinds of wonderful sandwiches with this baby and even now that all 3 of my kids are teenagers.. they still smile at Mickey and Minnie!

I think it would have to be my purple microwave. I love it. I bought it before I got married and eventhough it is alittle small, I just don't have the heart to get rid of it. It was my first major purchase when I moved out on my own.
