An hour with my feet up.

I have seen here that many mylotters exercise every day as if it were a job. I have always envied them but now I have decided to do what I can for my feet.
Doctors have not yet found a reason for my feet to swell. But I do know that I have to have them up for some time and in this way the are less swollen.
I stay sitted too long every day. Either visiting with friends or mylotting here, there is no movement in them and blood does not return as it should.
Now I will go to bed, check on something to watch on TV and place my feet up. See you later, mylotters.

Even small movements like rotating your ankles can also help to get circulation going. That is what the oncologist told my Mother to do and it helps Marquicha.

I´ll try that. It seems a great part of what I have can be called circulation problems

It seems that sitting too long is a great part of the problem.

I know I should do that. My friends Dixie and Humberto have given me diuretic pills but they say the same thing your doctor told you.

I wish I did that too. But I´m too lazy. I don´t have much energy after the chemotherapy.

If there is any problem with kidney there will be swelling on the feet. Sometimes improper circulation of blood also leads to this. Do not consult the Doctor for such minor things. Better you do Yoga for a week with the exercise you have chosen. It will do everything. Also, do a breathing exercise.

I have gone to check my kidneys and I also checked the circulation. I cannot do yoga because of my back surgery.
