Answering surveys?

Have any of you ever made any money by answering surveys? Are they worth it (especially to this site)?
I have not tried to answer any of them yet because people say that it's complicated to finish answering everything but I think I'll start. 
Are you lucky with them? Or also never tried?

In fact doing the online survey is my main online earning. The frustrating thing for me is sometimes due to the error of the survey website suddenly, you are unable to finish the survey at last. Since that, you can't get paid even if you almost finish it. I hate this because it spends me a long time doing the surveys.

I haven't tried any offers on myLot, let alone the surveys. However, I do make money on a few other survey sites - Pinecone Research and Prolific Academic. They both pay well.

I haven't had any Pinecone surveys through for a couple of months. I'm not sure if it's just me!

I have a couple of hundred pounds tied up in survey sites at the moment. It's all going to pay for my garden furniture in the summer!

@TheInvisibleMan It takes a while to add up, but yes, it's been profitable. I add more survey sites as I find them so that when I feel up to answering the same old questions over and over again, I take the time and do that. About once a month I go around checking to see if I have enough to get some gift cards or add to my paypal account.
