Most of the people on my list are friends and family, there are a few that I've met online.

first off yes I do know everyone on my IM list for both MSN and yahoo. they are my friends and I have very few that I chat with. I am very particular about who I add If I dont know a person I dont add them and if they add me I let them just to see what they are about and if they really do chat.

Yes, I know everyone on my list. I don't really talk to people online as much as I used to. Now it's only coworkers and close friends that I have on my list.

I do not have an IM contact list as I do not use IMs or do I chat online other than in disucssion boards. I think that they are a waste of time unless my real life friends wanted to use it to stay connected.... but they don't we have other ways.

well, some not personally but i only add friends and people i have chatted to alot of the im's. i am very weary of who i add.

most of the people on my im are frnds the other few wich is like 2 are from yahoo answers. We do talk they are farly nice but mostly frnds.
