Do you like sushi?

Somehow I stumbled across a couple different posts a few minutes ago about sushi. That got me thinking about the many many many different kinds of sushi that you can order or make or what have you.
I will eat just about any sushi roll that you hand me, but some of my favorite ones have salmon, or avocado as a part of them. I love me some eel sauce too. There is a place in Pensacola that offers bacon sushi and steak sushi- which are actualy pretty good considering that they aren't you normal types of sushi. I've had octupus, and squid, eel, and just about every kind of fish stuffed in my sushi rolls that you can think of. So here is my question to you. What is your favorite type of sushi?

I would eat any kind of sushi even the ones with sashimi in it but I like the one with cucumber, mango and crab meat.

@thislittlepennyearns the one with fresh mangoes really tastes good for me, btw we already learned to make our own sushi, saves us money and we are not limited to how much to eat or order

I saw how to prepare sushi in a cooking program , but that is Indian version. I pretty liked it,the way the preparation went on was good.
But later i came to know from some people that , it is not liked by everyone. I don't why they said like that, but i never tried it so far. I would love to try Indian version of sushi.

@thislittlepennyearns I had tried a couple of times in different resto. I didn't enjoy the texture of the food.
