Don't Make Plans! / A Change...

Truly, I had to learn again to not make plans! I had planned to let everyone know what happened with the 7's Rugby, and then...I got some or other bug and barely slept, I guess that is what happens when your temps drop to 10C with pouring rain. So now it is ages after the fact, ugh.
But, well, I can still celebrate that the Blitzbokke are now the best 7's Rugby team on the planet! And I can say that the USA and Canada are still getting better with each tournament. They are giving the Southern Hemisphere a go!
Also, England and Scotland are no walk overs either. The final tournament will be held at Twickenham in England this coming weekend and I am not sure who will win there, but the Blitzbokke will be crowned world champions either way, yippee!
And of course, to see my Mom smile when we won the title, on Mother's day of all days, well, that made it extra special.
How was everyone's weekend? Can anyone still remember, with how fast days go by?
I have changed my profile pic, this is the pic I have chosen, they say change is as good as a vacation and I'm not getting a vacation any time soon, so this will have to suffice.

@bluesa He stopped by last night to put my air conditioner back in for me that he took out but that was all. He took it out in the owner without my permission. If I don't see him again at least I won't sweat so bad the summer as I have been the last two days.

Congratulations to your team!!!! I'm thrilled they made your mother smile on Mother's Day of all days!!!! What a special gift that was for her. I hope your meds get you well very, very soon. I have to admit, for someone as sick as you, you look beautiful in your new photo! Your skin is radiant and love the shades!

@bluesa My mother lives overseas, but we spoke on the phone for a long time - In any event I usually speak to her every day. My only child - a son, works in the city , and he was working on that day, therefore my Mothers' Day wasn't like most others I should think.
