Reasons for favoring Chilies in Indian Foods

Most of the Indian dishes do have Green Chilies and Red chilies used liberally in them. They add taste to the Indian Cooking. Though some people prefer Black Pepper in their place this happens only in the state of Kerala. The spicy taste when added makes the food even tastier. Besides giving taste there are some health benefits also we can derive from the Chilies usage.

Make heart strong and healthy
They are good for digestion.
