Internet: How many hours per day?

Are you addicted to internet? "Yes" or "No"... How many hours do you spend on it in a single day?
I've never particularly stopped to think about it, but I know I spend a good few hours (sometimes more than enough) using it every day.
P.S.: I don't consider myself an addict.

My whole day passes in front of the computer. I can't avoid.m y work involves working on the system, it's 8 hours minimum

I am in front of the computer most of the time but internet for only a fair time.

The internet goes on within ten minutes of me waking, and is not switched off until I sleep, which is not much,I am not at the computer all that time, although I am using it, normally Skyping with friends and family in the UK,I cook and clean etc while making video calls.
