Kids these days are out of control

I remember when I was a kid i didn't act up in stores or in public and if i did my mom would give me a look and that was it.
Today I was in Pizza Hut and this kid, who wasn't a toddler, you can tell just came from school ran in jumped up and down on the counter, then held it while kicking the front all while the kids parents just sat there and all i could think of is how rude and obnoxious that is but how if i did that my mom would've left right there and not gotten us pizza.
I can't stand parents who let their kids do things like that in public

@responsiveme There were 3 kids and both parents there. Two of the kids were chill just standing and talking and the 3rd was doing all the kicking and things. The parents just watched

I understand not all children but some kids that act out like that could have autism and that cannot be helped. You just never know. I babysat a little boy who was 6 years old who was autistic and would have these fits. Whenever he went out in public people would say to their kids-that's how you don't behave in public loud enough for his mom to hear. It hurt her so badly because when a child has autism it cannot be controlled and they do not look different from other kids so you just never know if that is the case...
I don't allow my children to behave badly in public ever and they know it.

@skydream Yeah that's why I try to point that out to people in case that is the situation.
The boy I watched never acted out for me but he would for his mother-so they also do know who they can push and who they can't. They are very intelligent.

The kids today are out of control.. I work with the public and there was this small kid that cussed his mom out because she wouldn't get him what he wanted.. there is no way I would of ever done anything like that when I was a kid..I knew better.

@skydream I still won't talk to my mom that way no way.. and there is no way that I would ever let my kids get away with anything like what these kids pull today.
