Lucid dreaming

Hi Friends. In this discussion, I will tell you all about the steps to be followed to start experiencing 'lucid dreaming'. They are: 1) The technique to experience lucid dreaming is to 'know that you are in your dreams' in the first place. For this, you need to make your brain understand the difference between real world and dream world. For instance, in dreams I am definitely sure that my watch will not show correct time. So everyday see your watch exactly at a set time and tell yourself I am not in my dreams. Once you get used to it , you will see the same in your dreams and when you ask yourself what time it is you will notice that your watch will show weird kind of time or it wont be clear to understand. Then you will realize you are i dreams. 2)Once you are in your dreams, think about what you want to do, for instance maybe you want to have ice cream and voila ice cream will appear. Imagine that you want to sit in a Porshe car and voila it will appear. Think of meeting your boy/girl friend and yes they will be there. Go for a date with them. You will start losing any fear if you had any. There are many things that you could do. You could give a speech in a big auditorium in front of thousands of people. Try it and let me know if you succeed or I can help you. 3)When you feel like coming out from your dreams just OPEN your eyes! Simple! Note: 1) Remember, you got to sleep to experience it 2) Do not become addicted to it. Use this to improve your personality as well as communication skills and to overcome any depression if any, to become more confident and happy in your life Happy Lucid Dreaming!!!

I've tried to get into this for a while now . While I can't actually decide what the dream is about I can move freely within it. I can wake myself up if I don't like what is happening! Not got any further than that though!

Good that you have tried atleast once in your life. This really needs dedication for upto 10 to 15 days then it will be easy
