Sleeping in morning atleast 15min after I awake feels to be the most relaxing and refreshing sleep than the entire night.

So I keep my clock alarm 1hour earlier to the time I exactly needed to wake up in the morning, to enjoy that relaxation of sleep.

@Mareena I get up at 5 a. m. everyday and once I get up,I can't fall asleep again no matter I had a sound sleep at night or not.

I always set my alarm for 930am but really don't have to get up and shower til 10am for work. Today i was up at 815am and i wanted to lay down for another hour but my body wouldn't let me
