I know some might disagree but distance is never a problem when you love someone.
There are a lot of ways for you to have a communication if you don't live in the same country or even if in the same country but different State or will require hours of travel time just to see each other.
Video calling will be suitable for a relationship like this. Yeah I know, you might say "long distance relationship will not work".
That is the saddest statement or one friggin truth about continuing a relationship with a person far away from you.
Is there someone here who ever experience being in this kind of relationship? How long did the relationship last?
You know both of you love each other and does not want to end the relationship and will give it a try. But how long should the relationship last?

I got in a long distance relationship in 2013 and I constantly heard "long distance doesn't work" or "they could be cheating" all that kind of stuff, we did long distance for almost 3.5 years. He moved here in March and we now live together and are planning a future. Talked about how we would want our wedding and everything. Long distance does work if you love each other, just like every relationship it needs work but it can work out. There's too many ways to talk to each other now and see each other that there's no reason it won't work just cause the distance.

@Slayqueen sometimes it does happen. You can't always reminisce from the past when you were still together, he might get tired listening to it. You can tell something about your work or what happen for you that day or you can ask how his day was. but sometimes there are just days when you see each other and not much to talk about. it's sad right?

Yeah, it really requires a lot of trust and understanding. Honesty is another factor as well. You have to be open to your partner.
