Is Good Appearance More Important Than Capability?

Nowadays,many girls who without strong capability can find a good job .So a lot of people come to conclusion that appearance is more important than capability.
Good look and appearance maybe can leave a deep impression. However,I don't agree it.Good appearance is pleasure,but the strong skills is more important.If you have strong skills , you may become outstanding in one day.Thus,the girls without good appearance may not fell sad,because the most important is capability.
What do you think so?

you are right.Anybody with the look and no capability can not work efficiently for a company.

But the appearance can't exsit longer.Thus,enven if you have the good appearance,with the time gone,the advantage will be lost.

I think that good appearance is also needed..well you do not have to be gorgeous or something because you are not in a pageant contest at work 
but believe it or not..some jobs requires good appearance with capabilities like sales personel, receptionists, secretaries, doctors etc...Therefore, it all depends on the position you want..

I agree with you capability is more important, but unfortunately it's not happening now . people are giving more more importance to looks than anything else

Appearance can be deceptive and could not last long. Capabilities come from experience and with time increases.
