Where to meet people

I am single and have been for 3 years now.
Since my husband and I divorced I have only been on a couple of dates.
I would really like to get out there and meet someone but don't even know where to go to meet people.
Where do all of you single people go out to meet people? I would prefer not to hang out at bars considering I am a 39 year old mother!

Trur. Ive been single for a couple years and also in a similar dillemma, not a big bar fly. I signed up for an OKCupid account a while ago where Ive started talking to some folks. It feels weird though. But lots of people use online dating.

My daughter signed me up on Plenty of Fish a while back. I started chatting with a couple of people but then stopped because they ended up being shady people.

Check out that website. Basically you'll find people who are putting together get-togethers with other people around a common interest. You can find meet up events in your area with maybe some people around your age and you can meet new guys that way. :)

Go to the psrk, grocery stores and to church. I hope you are able to meet someone nice.
