Do you find exercise fun to do or painful to do??

Some people find exercise as a good outlet for their energy..There are others who view exercise as a pain in the butt.. Me,I used to view it as something spawned by Satan himself..Then,I began to enjoy it..Nowadays,I do some strength training followed by some running. What are your opinions??What kind of exercise do you do??And do you find the motivation to do it everyday?

Even though I have gotten memberships to gyms, I honestly hated it. I don't like "that" kind of exercise. I love dance - and doing moves to music . . . in my 20s I trained to figure skate . . . I performed and competed for about a decade and that was my exercise. I don't skate now, but I do love to walk, stretch, do my version of yoga - and dance to music in the livingroom .

@James96 I started off in a group classes and eventually got a private coach. I woke up at 3:30am to be prepared to train at a particular rink at 5:30 with my coach. Then I'd go practice at a different rink afterwards - and sometimes in the evenings. Back then my work hours allowed it . . . and then during work breaks I would go to the local college to take dance to cross train! This is all before we started a family. I know I can do Zumba (just have no stamina these days ) but with all our running around with the kids, I don't have time to squeeze in a class. One day I'll get back on the ice . . .

When I was in better health, I loved jogging, walking, badminton and exercice classes. Now I only do walking and gardening.

It depends on the exercise. I do yoga, Pilates, water aerobics. I do walk to the gym, to downtown, and to the local store. I just do it to stay in shape and to help with lower back pain.

I don't really exercise in the gym. What I do is I like walking a lot. So instead of taking a cab or driving, if I can manage walking to the place that I need to go...I go and choose walking. I find going to the gym boring and uninteresting. I know some people really find it relaxing and like a second home. But not for me. Maybe I'd go to the gym if there were aerobic classes or dance classes but not for the machines and weights.

It could be both. Depends on my mood. But its true that exercise can be an outlet for me when ever I get frustrated.
