Give Respect to the Ladies / myLot

We all have to give respect to ladies...But in India the situation is not good for ladies.. They are sufferring from home torture ...What would u say???Even at job the people does not respect them

There's the cultural factor or thing more than anything else I think in your country, despite the equality between women and men before the law.
