Russia's largest bank is planning to deliver cash by drones. In my opinion it may be efficient for other delivery as comapared to cash as cash is the most important aspect of our life. I need your comments on either it is safe or not. I also want to know your valuable ideas to make it secure. Is that possible to make powerful drones that can lift more weight?

With credit cards, the future of cash is uncertain : in my country the maximum amount that you can buy with cash has been seriously reduced since a few years... And deliver cash to who ? With ATMs everywhere, I do not really see the interest of this drone delivery for a private individual. For a shop maybe, provided that the shop is not very big and does not need a lot of coins. Speaking of security, the use of drones is totally forbidden above cities in many countries : nobody would like to receive a drone on the head, and they can be used for terrorist attacks. If you are thinking at robbers, it depends of the amount brought by the drone : I do not think that it would have an interest to try to rob these drones if they bring only little amounts of money. As they would have to use a radio frequency to receive their orders/flight plan/etc, and that jaming a radio signal (including those used by phones) is never difficult they will never be as secure as an armored lorry.

Yes topffer, completely agree with you. May i know your good name? Cashless transaction is the best practice to reduce such robberies but if we think about cash it may be one way to catch thieves red-handed. What's your opinion about it?

Yup, exactly that i mean to say.... By the way, i like your idea to deliver pizza by drone. Do you have any idea to secure money delivery by drone? It think it is not cost effective to deliver cash but seems you have idea to secure it.

@PBKING _With online banking, a money delivering drone system is ridiculous. They should stick to delivering pizza.

@josie_ yes, it will make pizza delivery faster than now, but from our conversation i came to know that you like pizza very much as you only mentioned pizza as example. Just kidding... But if we think from other side, we need to make powerful drones that will pick thieves from one spot to police station. What's your opinion about it? Is that possible?

At the moment I don“t think its such a good idea the cash delivery I mean. It all sounds good fun and all that but when it comes to the crunch I would not like that for myself.

@PBKING Prefer someone trustworthy to take it to you and put it into your own hands. So I say number one is best always when it comes to cash in hand.

Suppose you need urgent cash and there is no source of cash. In this situation, we have only three options: 1. Wait for someone to come with cash. 2. Find Bank location and go there to collect cash. (Not possible if bank is at far distance) 3. Request Money from Bank via drone. I just want to know your opinion, which option you prefer in this situation?

I don't think it's safe. For example, there is a street that has a name similar to mine. Alot of times people have gone to that other street and not mine. And I have gotten mail that was supposed to go to that other street.

@PBKING What I'm saying is my street's name is Ashe Circle and another street has the name Ashe Drive. So if they put in Ashe, it might go to Ashe Drive instead of Ashe Circle.

Maybe not, if it's cash that is going to be delivered by drones. I don't think that is a good idea. Security /theft would be some of the concerns

Yes you are right. Can we improve security of drones by using technology?
