Leaving for counseling soon

In a little bit, I need to leave and go pick up my daughter early on her last day of school to take her to counseling. The sessions are an hour long. After hers, I have an hour session of counseling. I am always drained after having a session and want to go home and sleep. I know my daughter will be hyped up by the time I am done and be wanting to talk my ear off. Hopefully, she doesn't have a meltdown because I am in no mood to talk. She tends to do that. What are your plans for this day?

to bad she gets hyped. maybe if you promise a treat of some sort or time doing something she likes you can ask her nicely if she will let you just go home and nap a while. i used to do that when my son was only one still at home and most times it worked

Nope, that never works. Honestly, right now I am completely broke til next week. I couldn't get her a treat or take her to do anything.

Yesterday I had only 2 clients to see. One was dropped on my lap at the last minute and was only for 2 hours. I did manage to get home in between and get a load of laundry done.
Hoping that they can fill my days until my regulars get out of rehab and the hospital!

She tends to have them if I have anyone over. Or she will start in on her brother and of course, the woe is me crap.

I thought the sessions were helping but after this last one, I am not really sure. As she started asking me stuff about me being violent and things along that line. I am not a violent person. I have had people tell me I am a very patient person when it comes to my daughter.
