I decided to stay away from Facebook

I was active on Facebook last week because I was on the trip. For my family to know my whereabouts I should constantly post updates in Facebook. I got many notifications since then and slowly, I got addicted trying apps and reading and watching other's Facebook posts. I have felt that I got jealous with others success and I know it is not good to compare myself to others. For that reason, I decided to stay as much as I can away from Facebook.
Do you sometimes get addicted to social networking sites?

@Shavkat It is really more practical to stay in here rather than waste time scrolling or chatting in Facebook.

Are Chinese people already allowed to use Facebook? I thought that the Chinese government banned Facebook.
