Pink Lady Apples

I recently tried Pink Lady apples. While the taste is pretty good, close to Gala or Braeburn, the apple is not a lady. It is crisp to the length of being too crisp. They are very hard which makes them hard to cut. I eat half an apple a day so I have to cut them in half which is hard to do. Then I cut those halves into quarters to eat them; this is because I don't have a joint on one side of my face; that is it was broken a long time ago and the bone is laying forward in the tissue. So I can't bite hard things like even normal apples unless they are cut into smaller pieces first.

We found these to be tasty enough, but we usually just get whatever apples are the right price these days @stealthy
