How to make money on a blog or social network?

I can not create websites.Which blog or social network should I choose? What kind of advertising partner should I choose? I do not want to receive money for sales, because I think that no one will buy. I would like to receive money for views and clicks on referral links. Do you know reliable advertising partners?

Media.net I think is good. I have it in my blog. The only problem is that I got so busy that I need to stop for a month. I will be returning on my blogging as soon as I already finished most of my tasks.
