Headache...

OMG....My head is like bursting.
.....I feel. I'm having headache since yesterday... I have done everything to get rid of it (applied headache balm).. But no use... I don't know what to do to get rid my headache...
Can you suggest any of the ways to get rid of my head pain??

Whenever I have severe headache, I sometimes take disprin tablet.
But during most of headaches, a hot ginger tea with high content of ginger gives me immediate relief.
Also, putting a cool hair oil something like Navratna hair oil and then going off to sleep is amazing relief.
A good head message works wonders.

Take rest. Sleep well. It will go. Taking meds once in a while is okay
